Learn how to scuba and build a coral nursery underwater like a professional. This course takes place over 3 half-days, awarding participants an internationally recognised PADI Seal Team certification.
Day 1:
Learners will be introduced to seagrasses and corals, learn about the different coral types and what local animals are dependant on these ecosystems.
Day 2:
Learners will head outside to build a coral nursery, placing different coral skeletons on the nursery, educating learners as to how and why we are restoring local reefs.
Day 3:
Learners will have a recap and be asked questions around what they have learnt and then be awarded “Coral Builder” certificates.
